Time Frame: Within 14 or 30 days of purchase customers can return or exchange a laptop.
Condition of Product: Specify that the laptop must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included software or promotional items.
Receipt Requirement: Require proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for any return or exchange to be processed.
Defective Products: Returns or exchanges are allowed if the laptop is found to be defective or has a manufacturer's fault. A diagnostic test may be required to confirm the defect before a return or exchange is processed.
Change of Mind: "Change of mind" returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply. The product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Special Orders and Customizations: Special orders or customized laptops are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Opened Software and Consumables: Any opened software, licenses, or consumables (such as batteries) are non-returnable.

At Bazar.ae, we provide a 6-month warranty on all laptops purchased from our shop. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use conditions. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, software issues, or unauthorized repairs. For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your purchase receipt.
